Allan Thomas George Cumberland Peachey had HMS Enterprise (D52) from 28 June 1944 until 2 October 1944. He took her after Utah Beach and left her as she was being withdrawn to reserve.

Uboat.net records that he was born on 23 May 1896 and died on 15 March 1967. It gives no places.

The rank table lists midshipman on 1 May 1915, sub-lieutenant on 15 March 1917, lieutenant on 15 March 1919, lieutenant-commander on 15 March 1927, commander on 31 December 1933, and captain on 31 December 1940. He retired on 7 January 1950. He was awarded the DSO on 23 May 1944 and the CBE on 7 January 1949. The page says it has no career narrative.

Uboat.net starts him on 28 June 1944, the day it ends Harold Grant. Unithistories keeps Grant until 2 October 1944, which is the day Peachey left on the uboat.net list. The command line follows uboat.net, so the two commands do not overlap. Mason has her in Bombardment Force A through the Normandy period and joining the Reserve Fleet at Rosyth on 16 October, two weeks after Peachey left. The DSO is dated 23 May 1944, five weeks before this command. The page does not say what it was for.

He was appointed CBE on 7 January 1949 and retired the same day. He died on 15 March 1967.
