HMAS Nepal, pennant number G25, was an N-class destroyer of the Royal Australian Navy. The hull had been laid down as Norseman, and she served under the name Nepal.

An Australian crew manned her. With that crew she served in the Royal Australian Navy through the war years. Franklyn B. Morris was her captain from 11 May 1942. Nepal survived the war. She then went back to the Royal Navy.
