Laid down, displacement, length, beam, draft, speed, and complement are not stored for each hull, so this table leaves them out.

Ryujo Maru was an army transport, also called Shinshu Maru, of 8,370 tons. She was a landing ship, built to carry landing craft. She is not the carrier Ryujo.

Lieutenant General Hitoshi Imamura was a passenger. He was not her captain. Her master that night was not in the lists that were read.

She sank in the shallows of Bantam Bay after torpedoes fired at Houston ran on into the anchorage, and she was later raised. That loss is not credited to one ship.

The photograph is Shinshu Maru, the same hull.
