USS Bache (DD-470) was a Fletcher-class destroyer of the United States Navy. She was launched on 7 July 1942. The Navy commissioned her on 14 November 1942. That date brought the destroyer into service.

J. N. Opie became her captain on 14 November 1942. His command began on the day she was commissioned.

On 25 October 1944, Bache was at the Battle of Surigao Strait. In that action she stood on the right flank. She survived the war. The hull came through the fighting and remained a ship afterward. On 6 February 1968, Bache was wrecked. That wrecking is the end recorded for this hull.
