USS Case (DD-370) was a Mahan-class destroyer of the United States Navy. On 7 December 1941 she was in Pearl Harbor when the Japanese attack began. She was among the ships present that morning and came through the raid still afloat.

The attack did not sink her. The record of that day places her in the harbor and leaves her there as a survivor of the strike. Case remained in service through the rest of the war and was still afloat when the fighting ended.
