USS Dortch (DD-670) was a Fletcher-class destroyer of the United States Navy. She was launched on 20 June 1943 and commissioned on 7 August 1943.

R. C. Young was her captain from 7 August 1943, the day she entered commission. Commissioned while the Second World War was still being fought, she served through the rest of that conflict. She was still afloat when the war ended.

Her United States service also included duty during the Korean War. On 13 December 1957 the Navy took her out of commission and laid her up in reserve.

She had come through the Second World War. On 1 August 1961 the United States transferred her to Argentina. In Argentine service she was ARA Espora (D-21), the name under which that service is recorded for 1962.

The United States struck her from the naval list on 1 September 1975. In 1977 Argentina removed Espora from its navy list, and the hull was sold to the breakers and scrapped.
