USS Drayton (DD-366) was a Mahan-class destroyer of the United States Navy. R. G. Pennoyer commanded her from 1 September 1936.

On 30 November 1942 she was at the Battle of Tassafaronga. Her place was fourth in the destroyer van, behind Maury.

Drayton stayed afloat through that battle. She survived the war and was still afloat at the surrender. The Navy decommissioned her on 9 October 1945. On 20 December 1946 the hull was sold for scrap.
