USS Fletcher (DD-445) was a Fletcher-class destroyer of the United States Navy. She was launched on 3 May 1942 and commissioned on 30 June 1942, with W. M. Cole in command from the day she entered service.

In the night action of the Naval Battle of Guadalcanal on 13 November 1942, Fletcher was last in Callaghan's column. She was not seriously hit.

At the Battle of Tassafaronga on 30 November 1942, she led the van, taking the destroyers ahead of the cruisers. Fletcher survived the war. The hull was sold for scrap on 22 February 1972.
