USS Grenadier (SS-210) was a submarine of the United States Navy. On 4 June 1942 she was at sea for the Battle of Midway, on the patrol line west of Midway.

She was one of twelve boats on that line. Her part in the battle was the station itself, held west of Midway on the day the action is dated.

She was on the Midway patrol line, and she was not sunk there. The boat came away from that station still afloat. Aircraft damaged her off Penang. Her crew scuttled her on 22 April 1943.

The loss is not credited to one plane. Grenadier went down off Penang when her own crew scuttled the damaged submarine on that April date.
