USS Henley (DD-391) was a Bagley-class destroyer of the United States Navy. Mare Island built her. She was launched on 12 January 1937 and commissioned on 14 August 1937.

She was a fleet destroyer of that class, and from the day of her commissioning she served under the hull number DD-391.

The attack on Pearl Harbor found her in the harbor on 7 December 1941. She was still afloat when that morning ended.

On 3 October 1943, off Finschhafen, a torpedo broke her back and she sank. The submarine is identified as RO-108.

One officer and fourteen men were missing with the ship. This hull is the Bagley-class destroyer DD-391, a different ship from John D. Henley.
