USS Killen (DD-593) was a Fletcher-class destroyer of the United States Navy. She was launched on 10 January 1943. Nearly sixteen months later, on 4 May 1944, she was commissioned, and H. G. Corey became her captain that day.

On 25 October 1944, Killen took part in the Battle of Surigao Strait. In that action she was on the right flank. Killen survived the war. The hull was sunk as a target on 15 April 1975.
