USS Longshaw (DD-559) was a Fletcher-class destroyer of the United States Navy. She was launched on 4 June 1943 and commissioned on 4 December 1943. D. T. Birtwell took command the day she was commissioned. He was relieved on 8 December 1943.

The operation named for her is Okinawa, dated from 1 April 1945. She was lost off that island later in the same campaign.

On 18 May 1945 Longshaw grounded south of Naha. Japanese shore batteries blew her bow off while she lay stranded there.

Ships of the United States Navy then destroyed the wreck. Longshaw was lost off Okinawa on 18 May 1945.
