USS PT-121 was a motor torpedo boat of the United States Navy, also known by the number PT-121. Her recorded fight is the Battle of the Bismarck Sea, dated from 2 March 1943. Allied aircraft carried out the attack that sank the convoy.

The torpedo boats came in after dark. On the night of 3–4 March 1943, PT-121 attacked the wrecks left in the Bismarck Sea.

That night action is the work set down for her. Aircraft had sunk the convoy, and the boats went in after dark against the wrecks.
