USS PT-192 was a motor torpedo boat of the United States Navy, the hull the service numbered PT-192.

On the night of 24-25 October 1944 she was one of the motor torpedo boats on patrol in Surigao Strait. The patrol that night put thirty-nine boats into the strait, and PT-192 was among them.

Those hours belong to the Battle of Surigao Strait, dated 25 October 1944. In that battle her place was the motor torpedo boat patrol.

The night ran across the date line between the 24th and the 25th. PT-192 remained one of the boats assigned to the strait patrol while the battle of the 25th was fought.

What is fixed to this hull is that patrol. She was a motor torpedo boat in Surigao Strait through the night of 24-25 October 1944, one of the thirty-nine, and she stood in the motor torpedo boat patrol for the Battle of Surigao Strait.
