USS Robinson (DD-562) was a Fletcher-class destroyer of the United States Navy. She was launched on 28 August 1943 and commissioned on 31 January 1944.

Elonzo Bowden Grantham was her captain from the day of commissioning. He held that post through her first year in service and on into the following spring.

On 25 October 1944, while Grantham still had the ship, Robinson took part in the Battle of Surigao Strait. In that battle she was on the left flank. Grantham's command ended on 19 March 1945. Ray Edward Malpass became captain the same day. Robinson survived the war. On 13 April 1982 the ship was sunk as a target.
