USS Tucker (DD-374) was a Mahan-class destroyer of the United States Navy. On 7 December 1941 she was in Pearl Harbor when the attack struck the harbor. She came through that morning still afloat.

On 4 August 1942 she was in the Segond Channel at Espiritu Santo. There she struck a mine that American forces had laid. The mine sank her. That loss in the channel ended the destroyer.
