USS Ward (DD-139) was a Wickes-class destroyer of the United States Navy. On the morning of 7 December 1941, the day of the attack on Pearl Harbor, she was patrolling the channel entrance outside the harbor.

Before the air attack her guns sank a midget submarine there. Which mother boat had launched that midget is disputed. The same hull later became the high-speed transport APD-16.

On 7 December 1944 a kamikaze hit her off Ormoc, and she was lost. The date was the third anniversary of the morning she had sunk the midget outside Pearl Harbor.
