Need it fast? Add rush for 48-hour delivery. Rush depends on my being free to take it, and I’ll confirm before you pay.
Payment terms
50% deposit to start, and the other 50% when the video is complete. For example, $297.50 down on a $595 video, or $397.50 down on the $795 rush.

Timing
Standard delivery is 5 days. A rush is 48 hours for $200 more.
The clock starts when the deposit clears and I have everything I need from you. Late photos, video or sound from you pause the clock.
Payment
50% deposit to start and 50% when the video is complete. Zelle, PayPal, or card through a Square invoice.
The final video file is released after the second payment. Until then the portal plays a 720p cut and does not offer the master as a download.
Your materials
Use the client portal to send photos, video, sound, and instructions, and to watch cuts as they are ready. You can ask for changes there.
You confirm you own, or have permission to use, anything you send. People shown in the video must have agreed to appear.
Revisions
One round of changes is included, such as edits to cuts, text and pacing. Extra rounds, or a change of concept after work starts, are quoted separately.
AI-generated video varies from take to take. I’ll aim for your brief, but I can’t promise a specific shot or exact likeness.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
The deposit is non-refundable once work starts. If I can’t deliver what we agreed, I’ll refund it.
Rush requests depend on my being free to take them. I’ll confirm before you pay.
Usage rights
You can use the finished video anywhere, including ads and social media. I may show it as a sample unless you ask me not to.
