HMAS Bataan (I91) was a Tribal-class destroyer of the Royal Australian Navy. She was commissioned on 25 May 1945, with Henry Mackay Burrell as her captain from that day. The war still had a few months to run, yet she came into service too late for a surface fight, and she fought no battle in this war.

She reached Tokyo on 31 August 1945. On 2 September she was in Tokyo Bay for the surrender, present for the signing aboard Missouri. Bataan survived the war. The hull was sold for scrap in 1958.
