HMAS Lithgow (J206) was a Bathurst-class corvette of the Royal Australian Navy. Alfred V. Knight was her captain from 14 June 1941.

On 20 January 1942 she joined the depth-charge hunt for the submarine I-124 off Darwin. Katoomba went into that hunt with her.

Official credit for the sinking of I-124 is shared by Lithgow, Deloraine, Katoomba, and Edsall. The kill is not pinned to one ship. Lithgow survived the war. She was paid off on 8 June 1948.
