USS Fullam (DD-474) was a Fletcher-class destroyer of the United States Navy. She was launched on 16 April 1942 and commissioned on 2 March 1943.

Henry Chesley Daniel became her captain on the day of commissioning. He held command until 1 July 1943.

William Daniel Kelly relieved him that day and remained captain until 5 December 1944, the longest of her three wartime commands. Gideon Millard Boyd took command on 5 December 1944. He stayed with Fullam until 30 September 1945.

Her battle record places her at Okinawa from 1 April 1945. On 4 May she was in the screen of the escort carriers, and she remained afloat. Fullam survived the war. On 7 July 1962 the hull was sunk as a target.
