USS Massachusetts (BB-59) was a South Dakota-class battleship of the United States Navy. In 1945 she served with the fast carriers off Okinawa. On 1 April 1945 she was with that force, and she came through the day afloat.

William Walter Warlick was captain from 8 April 1944 until he was relieved on 2 May 1945. His command included the day she spent with the fast carriers off Okinawa. John Roland Redman became captain on 2 May 1945. He was relieved on 22 January 1946. Massachusetts survived the war.
