PT-123
Photos and infoElco 80-foot torpedo boat of Squadron 6. R. L. Richards had her. On 14 January 1943 he claimed a hit between Savo and Cape Esperance. Japanese records show no damage that night. On 1 February a floatplane bombed her south of Savo before he fired, and she burned. The torpedoes fired at Makigumo that night were from PT-124, and they missed. That sinking is not this boat's.

Laid down, displacement, length, beam, draft, speed, and complement are not stored for each hull, so this table leaves them out.
The armament line is the class drawing, not a measurement of this hull.
No photograph of PT-123 that can be published here. This is a U.S. Navy PT boat patrolling off New Guinea in 1943. It is not this hull. Public domain, via Wikimedia Commons.
