USS Sigourney (DD-643) was a Fletcher-class destroyer of the United States Navy. She was launched on 24 April 1943 and commissioned on 29 June 1943. Walter Leo Dyer became her captain on the day she went into commission.

On 25 October 1944, in the Battle of Surigao Strait, Sigourney screened the battle line. She held a station with that line while the battle was fought.

Sigourney survived the war. The destroyer that had screened the battle line at Surigao Strait was still afloat when the fighting ended. On 31 July 1975 she was sold for scrap. That sale disposed of the hull of DD-643.
