USS Jenkins (DD-447) was a Fletcher-class destroyer of the United States Navy. She was launched on 21 June 1942 and commissioned on 31 July 1942, with Harry Fanker Miller as her captain.

Miller remained in command until 9 July 1943. On 6 July 1943, while he still had the ship, Jenkins was at the Battle of Kula Gulf. She was astern of the cruisers, with Radford. Nicholas and Radford carried out the rescue of Helena's men.

Madison Hall relieved Miller on 9 July 1943 and stayed in command until 29 December 1943. Philip Daly Gallery then became captain and held the ship until 8 July 1945.

Gene Thomas Shirley took command on 8 July 1945 and remained captain through 31 December 1945, the last of the four captains named for her. Jenkins survived the war. She was sold for scrap on 17 February 1971.
