USS Craven (DD-382) was a Gridley-class destroyer of the United States Navy. Watson Osgood Bailey was her captain from 2 September 1937 until 15 June 1939.

Mead Saltonstall Pearson took command the day Bailey left and served until 1 July 1940. Charles F. Quimby followed from that date through 19 December 1941. Allen Philip Calvert became captain on 19 December 1941.

Francis Thomas Williamson held command from 19 December 1942 until 16 November 1943. During his tour, on 6 August 1943, Craven was in Moosbrugger's division at the Battle of Vella Gulf. She came through the battle undamaged.

Raymond Lester Fulton was captain from 16 November 1943 until 1 February 1945. Robert Edward Sinnott then commanded her until 10 July 1945, when Robert Somers Brookings took over. Craven survived the war. She was decommissioned on 19 April 1946 and sold in 1947.
