FateAfloat. Coastal minesweeper, the former fishing boat Vashon. Placed in service on 25 April 1941. DANFS says she served in the Fourteenth Naval District from Pearl Harbor throughout the war and was transferred to the Maritime Commission on 23 September 1946. She is on the Navy list for 7 December 1941. The DANFS entry does not describe that morning. NavSource strikes her on 8 May 1946 and says that, as the fishing boat Vashon, she foundered on 23 July 1949 about three miles west of Catalina Island. No officer in charge is named in either source.

Laid down, displacement, length, beam, draft, speed, and complement are not stored for each hull, so this table leaves them out.
