Photos and infoCounty-class heavy cruiser. Crutchley left the southern patrol in her before midnight. She was off the transport anchorage while Mikawa sank the other cruisers. She survived the war.
County classCrutchley's flagship at Guadalcanal. She was at Turner's conference during the Battle of Savo Island and did not fight. Survived the war. Scrapped in 1955.
